Job summary

Vision Government Solutions is seeking a Software Support Specialist to deliver day-to-day software and database support for our CAMA software. You will troubleshoot, resolve software questions, and advocate for customers within product teams to enhance the user experience.

The role emphasizes fast learning, clear customer communication, and ownership of issues, with a hybrid work arrangement and a compensation range of $40k–$50k annually.

Qualifications

• Experience providing high-volume technical support and resolving software issues.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong written communication and clear case notes for customers.
• Ownership mindset: proactive, accountable, and process-oriented.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience supporting government, real estate, or regulated/complex systems.
• Familiarity with SQL, Salesforce, JIRA, and MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist customers with software questions and ensure issue resolution.
• Act as the voice of the customer to advocate for product improvements.
• Improve team efficiency and day-to-day processes.
• Assist with onboarding or upgrading customers to ensure smooth transitions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align on strategy and customer goals.
