Job summary

Vision Government Solutions seeks a Senior Software Engineer to lead the CAMA application’s technical execution and product lifecycle. You will act as the bridge between internal stakeholders and delivery teams, shaping architecture and delivery strategies for a mission-critical system.

You will become the Delphi SME, drive modernization to SDLC with GitHub, create release notes and foundational documentation to ensure long-term stability for 45 customers and the product’s continued

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience with Delphi and SQL.
• Proven experience in technical design and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with SQL Server and data modeling.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical execution and product delivery lifecycle for the CAMA application.
• Ramp up on the Delphi codebase and serve as primary SME for the system.
• Drive SDLC modernization including GitHub adoption and release notes.
• Deliver minor enhancements and annual updates with stable, reliable performance.
• Prepare weekly plans and summaries for team alignment.
