Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Software Quality Engineer I-III (DOE) for a hybrid role with 3 days in office across offices in Burlington, Renton, Spokane, Vancouver, Portland, Medford, Salt Lake City, Boise, Lewiston, or Fargo. The position involves ensuring high-quality software, collaborating with agile teams, and applying testing and QA techniques across the product lifecycle.

Candidates must reside within commutable distance or be willing to relocate.

Qualifications

BA/BS in CS or related field with programming experience in Java, Ruby, Python or C#.
3 years of software quality and testing experience for QE II; 6 years for QE III, with 3 years of test automation.
Proven ability to work with agile teams and ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Participate on project scrum team and defect triage, managing personal work backlog with agile practices.
Review user stories, acceptance criteria, specifications, designs, code and tests to ensure quality standards.
Develop, automate and execute unit, component and system-level tests; write test cases and ensure coverage.
Report results, verify fixes, and assess impact of changes to update regression testing.
Mentor teammates on achieving coverage and improving automated test stability.
Collaborate with development to ensure testability, scalability and reliability; drive quality metrics.
