Qualifications

• Eight years of engineering experience, preferably in safety-critical systems such as aviation embedded.
• At least three years in software leadership or management roles.
• Proficiency in C and C++ programming languages.
• Experience with real-time embedded systems development.
• Understanding of Agile software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and career development support.
• Oversee the full software lifecycle for display systems, including architecture, design, implementation, integration, verification, and certification.
• Ensure compliance with software standards and process objectives for safety-critical and non-safety-critical products.
• Collaborate with project engineering managers to develop detailed project plans aligning scope, schedule, and resources.
• Coordinate with systems, hardware, and process assurance teams to ensure integrated solutions.
