In this role, you will lead the planning and delivery of embedded hardware and software initiatives across their electro-hydraulic product line. Your time will be balanced across key areas, including 30% focused on project management, 20% on technical oversight, 30% on testing and validation, and 20% on team leadership and development. Responsibilities

• Create and implement best practices for embedded software development
• Develop and enforce a structured testing and release strategy
• Define test cases, performance benchmarks, and failure criteria for validation processes
• Implement a revision control system for software releases to support field reliability
• Recommend technologies that enhance product safety and automation
• Encourage a culture of responsibility, innovation, and continuous improvement
