Milwaukee Succeeds is looking for a Software Manager to lead the Display Applications team. You will be responsible for the development of safety-critical avionics software and managing a team of engineers throughout the software lifecycle.

This hybrid on-site role is based at our headquarters in Oak Creek, WI. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in software leadership within safety-critical areas, particularly aviation.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of engineering experience, preferably in safety-critical software engineering.
• Minimum three years of software leadership or management experience.
• Understanding of aviation standards, particularly DO-178C.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of avionics software engineers.
• Ensure compliance with aviation standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans with engineering managers.
