Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor0s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Foundational object-oriented programming, preferably C#.NET.
• Good understanding of relational databases, MS SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux and Docker Containers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with root-cause focus.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Learn Lucas codebase, system architecture, and application logic by hands-on work.
• Debug and analyze complex issues, including database and hardware (printers, wireless devices) components.
• Design, develop, and manage software enhancement projects.
• Configure and maintain development and test environments; assist QA with integration and regression testing.
• Collaborate with engineering teams across client projects.
• Deploy software directly to customer environments.
• Maintain clear, regular communication with IT personnel and non-technical users.
• Serve as an after-hours technical resource for production issues.
