Job summary

Amerisure Insurance in Farmington Hills seeks a Software Engineering II for a 3-day hybrid onsite role. You will design, develop, and enhance software solutions across languages, frameworks, and cloud platforms, contribute to system architecture, and support DevOps and test automation in an agile environment.

The role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders, mentoring opportunities, and a focus on scalable, secure solutions with CI/CD and cloud migration exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer information services, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience with programming languages, frameworks, low-code and automation.
• Experience with cloud-native development and secure coding practices.
• Participation in code reviews and QA/test automation collaboration.
• Familiarity with AI/ML and RPA technologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in automation frameworks and API testing.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to software architecture discussions and scalable designs.
• Develop across diverse languages and cloud platforms.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud migration efforts.
• Collaborate with QA teams to improve test automation.
