Compeer Financial is seeking a software engineer to design, develop, test, deploy, and operate secure software within a cross-functional product team. You will translate requirements into effective designs, leverage AI-enabled tooling, and uphold security, reliability, and maintainability across production systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Professional knowledge of software engineering principles and SDLC.
• Experience delivering features using modern languages, frameworks, and CI/CD.
• Experience with API-based, cloud-native, distributed components, and production support.
• Ability to design and deliver components using established architectures and patterns.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools and Agentic AI patterns in development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate secure software within a cross‑functional team.
• Translate requirements into designs and implementations; make engineering decisions.
• Apply AI-enabled tooling to improve productivity and solution quality.
