Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital in Framingham, MA seeks a contract Soft Home Designer to create original soft home artwork for adult and kids lines. This hybrid role requires on-site presence 3–4 days weekly and runs through late January 2027.

You will translate ideas into production-ready artwork, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with a cross-functional design team to align with product vision and timelines. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in textile/surface design and a strong portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Surface Design, Illustration, Graphic Design, or equivalent practical work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute soft home artwork and surface designs using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Collaborate with Product Development through the full design lifecycle from concept to artwork execution and prototypes.
• Select seasonal color palettes and apply knowledge of market trends, color, and competitive brands.
