Rago Auctions (Rago/Wright network) seeks a Social Media & Video Content Manager to own daily content from ideation through publishing on TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll craft formats, collaborate with influencers, and drive a growth plan across platforms in a hybrid role based in Millville, MA.

The role focuses on building a recognizable, personality-led brand for Landry Pop Auctions, expanding audience reach and engagement among collectors and pop-culture communities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media, digital content, video production, or related field.
• Proven track record creating platform-native video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts.
• Strong shooting and editing capabilities; can take content from concept to publication.
• Deep understanding of social algorithms, trends, audience behavior, and optimization.
• Ability to move quickly and maintain brand standards and accuracy.
• Experience interpreting analytics and using data to improve programming.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and able to build a content operation from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of collectibles, gaming, comics, or adjacent culture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day video content pipeline from ideation to filming, editing, publishing, and optimization.
• Film with LPA personalities; develop repeatable formats showcasing expertise and personality.
• Create platform-native short-form content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Develop longer YouTube programming to grow audience and search value.
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments at auctions, conventions, and events.
• Highlight founder’s on-camera personality and authority in collectibles.
