Job summary

Photobooth Supply Co. in Southern California is seeking a versatile Social Media Manager and Video Editor to drive content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more.

You will plan, schedule, and publish content, manage comments via automation, and produce engaging video clips with fast turnaround. You will build content strategies, create educational carousels, coordinate operator spotlights, and occasionally shoot on location in SoCal.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a paid social media management role.
• Strong writing skills with clear, conversational style.
• Proven video editing skills with a portfolio (include link/attachment).
• Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Fast turnaround for Reels/shorts with timely sounds.
• Experience managing social accounts and driving engagement, not just impressions.
• Comfortable with comment automation (ManyChat or similar).
• Able to be on camera and own a content calendar without micromanagement.
• Based in Southern California with occasional in-person shoots within :50 mile radius of 91745.
• Open to using AI tools to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Video Capture & Editing for short-form and long-form content optimized for virality across platforms.
• Plan, schedule, publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads; monitor comments and engagement.
• Repost and amplify user-generated content; track performance via UTMs and link-in-bio clicks.
• Develop content strategy & creation, including educational carousels and trending sound roundups; coordinate operator spotlights.
• On-camera production and occasional in-person shoots in Southern California; collaborate with team as needed.
