Job summary

LANDR is seeking a Video Content Creator to film, edit, and be a face of the content for social channels. You will produce short-form videos for TikTok/IG, long-form explainers, and pitch ideas rooted in music culture. This remote role is a 6-month contract with potential extension, open to candidates worldwide.

You’ll collaborate with social, design, and video teams, review performance, and stay ahead of trends to grow LANDR’s reach among emerging artists.

Qualifications

• On-camera experience as a creator, host, or presenter, with a portfolio or channel to review.
• Strong, natural presence on camera that can hold attention in the first seconds.
• Working knowledge of music production and the modern artist workflow (DAWs, mixing, mastering, independent releases).
• Sharp ear for pop culture and what's resonating with young music creators.
• Fluency in TikTok and Instagram Reels culture: hooks, pacing, trends, and stop-scroll tactics.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Create and feature short-form vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.
• Create and feature long-form video walkthroughs
• Pitch video ideas rooted in music and pop culture trends
• Write or adapt scripts and hooks suitable for each platform
• Collaborate with social, design, and video teams on shoots and edits
• Review performance with the Organic team and iterate content
• Stay on top of platform trends and bring new ideas to test
