Job summary

Abacus.AI is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to own our brand's voice and content presence across platforms. You will craft high-quality short-form videos, carousels, and visuals using our products, while collaborating with influencer teams to amplify reach.

Remote role with overlap on PST hours; you will monitor trends, experiment with formats, and drive engagement for US-based audiences and tech-focused products.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating social media content with a track record of high-performing posts.
• Strong understanding of platform formats, hooks and audience engagement.
• Experience producing carousels, static posts, shorts and graphics.
• Experience with US-based brands, tech brands, or consumer products is a plus.
• Experience in AI video generation is a plus; provide example of viral video creation.

We're looking for a creative Social Media Manager to own and drive our brand's content presence across social media. This role is focused on creating high-quality, engaging content across platforms, including Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, carousels, and other social formats, using our products, while collaborating closely with our influencer team to maintain a consistent, on-brand voice.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, film, edit, and produce high-quality short-form videos, carousels, and other content showcasing our products
• Consistently bring viral-worthy content ideas, hooks, and creative concepts to the table
• Collaborate with influencer managers to support, repurpose, and amplify influencer content
• Monitor content trends and performance across platforms and adapt our content strategy accordingly

Requirements:

• Proven experience creating social media content with a strong track record of high-performing posts and campaigns
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, formats, hooks, and audience engagement
• Experience creating a variety of content formats, including carousels, static posts, short-form videos, and graphics
• Preferred: Experience working with US-based brands, tech brands, or consumer products; experience managing or growing a social media account is a huge plus
• Experience in AI video generation is a huge plus, provide example of viral video creation

This is a remote role but candidates must have some overlap with PST hours (until at least 11 AM PST).
