Job summary

Amsive LLC is seeking a Project Manager, Social & Influencer in a hybrid role based in New York or Nashville. You will organize programs from strategy through creative, influencer, and reporting phases, keeping timelines and dependencies clear.

You will coordinate with the Operations Manager and Account Managers to ensure on-time, scoped, high-quality deliverables while maintaining calm, accountable project management practices across the team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project-management experience in a marketing/creative or social-media agency.
• Strong familiarity with social + influencer workflows (creative production, posting, reporting).
• Advanced proficiency in Asana and comfort with multiple analytics/tools.

Responsibilities

• Support intake and resourcing for new client requests and programs.
• Set up Asana projects with tasks, dependencies and owners.
• Organize brand assets, documents and resources for quick access.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager on scope, resources and kickoff.
• Build and adjust detailed Asana timelines to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a single source of truth for project status across the team.
• Track milestones, risks and progress; communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment on next steps and timing with cross-functional teams.
• Assist Operations Manager with capacity planning and contractor utilization.
• Uphold standard templates, briefs and reporting formats.
• Conduct light QA to ensure deliverables meet criteria and brand standards.
• Route assets for review and implement revisions.
