Qualifications

• Currently a student, recent graduate, or early‑career candidate interested in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
• Organized and detail‑oriented; able to track moving pieces and remember small details.
• Curious about social platforms, creators, and what makes content perform.
• Clear communicator, comfortable asking questions, taking notes, and following up.
• Developing writer with good tone, brand voice, and audience instincts.
• Reliable and proactive; follows through and asks questions early.
• comfortable with multiple assignments and shifting priorities in a fast-paced agency.
• Open to feedback and eager to learn hands‑on.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, X.
• Exposure to Sprout Social, Asana, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling and publishing social content across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, X.
• Assist with building and updating content calendars for posts and deadlines.
• Organize content assets, captions, links, approvals, and publishing details.
• Monitor brand accounts for comments and DMs; escalate per guidelines.
• Support community management by tracking questions and engagement.
• Assist with social listening and trend research on platforms and moments.
• Help pull and organize social performance metrics for reports.
• Support influencer campaigns with research, list-building, outreach tracking.
• Organize influencer content, usage rights, dates, links, deliverables.
• Draft internal notes, meeting recaps, status updates in Asana or similar tools.
• Participate in brainstorms and reviews to learn how strategy and creative come together.
• Provide general team support across social, influencer marketing, reporting, and operations.
