Placements24 seeks a Social Impact Analyst to join our client in Paarl on a hybrid basis. You will design measurement frameworks, collect and analyze data on program outcomes, and prepare insights for stakeholders.

This role combines remote analysis with on-site collaboration, offering exposure to impact evaluation, reports, and strategic recommendations to enhance community initiatives in the Cape Winelands region.

Qualifications

• Experience in impact measurement or program evaluation in the social sector.
• Strong data analysis skills using SPSS, R, or Excel.
• Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with social impact frameworks and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently remotely and collaborate on-site.
• Degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement frameworks for measuring and evaluating social impact.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data related to program outcomes.
• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations detailing social impact findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with program teams to integrate impact measurement into program design and implementation.
• Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in impact measurement and evaluation.
