Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead our SOC. The role oversees cybersecurity monitoring, threat detection, incident investigation and response in a Cisco-based environment. You will guide SOC personnel and establish standards, procedures and metrics.

The ideal candidate has extensive security operations experience, proven SOC leadership, and expertise in SIEM/EDR/SOAR, with strong communication to senior leaders about risk and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Seven+ years in cybersecurity or security operations.
• Three+ years leading a SOC or security operations team.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, threat detection, incident response, SIEM/EDR/SOAR.

• Provide strategic and operational leadership of the SOC.
• Oversee cybersecurity monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.
• Develop and enforce security operation procedures and playbooks.
