Health Care Service Corporation in Richardson, TX is seeking a Small Group Client Rep. This full-time hybrid role combines three days in office with two remote days to grow renewals, sell products, and support existing customers while understanding their needs.

You will interact with group representatives, maintain retention goals, and leverage your customer service experience, state license requirement, and strong communication to deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have State Insurance License(s) or obtain within 90 days.
• 2 years customer service experience in health care/health insurance OR college degree.
• PC proficiency or data entry experience.
• Customer Service oriented with skills to evaluate customer situations, make decisions and respond quickly to questions.
• Detail oriented.
• Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and independent decision making skills.
• Analytical and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate renewals or sell products and services to existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored support.
• Interface with customer group representatives or producers.
• Assist other small group client reps.
