This hybrid, full-time role focuses on proactive service and accurate policy administration.

You will support clients through the policy lifecycle, renewals, endorsements, and cross-selling opportunities, while maintaining meticulous records and delivering

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property & Casualty account management experience, or 4+ years of P&C commercial lines experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain a P&C Insurance License within three months of hire.
• Strong client service, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a book of small business clients, providing responsive service and building lasting relationships.
• Manage policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, audits, and service requests with accuracy and efficiency.
• Educate clients on coverage, exclusions, exposures, and risk management considerations.
• Partner with producers to prepare proposals, applications, and renewal strategies.
• Market and remarket business to ensure competitive and effective coverage.
• Coordinate claims reporting, certificates, binders, and policy documentation for a seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate electronic files and records in the agency management system.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and connect clients with additional products and services.
