Responsibilities

• Manage the full policy lifecycle, including renewals, endorsements, audits, billing inquiries, and policy changes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Review new business and renewal policies to verify coverage alignment, policy accuracy, and client expectations.
• Market new and renewal business by coordinating carrier submissions and evaluating coverage options.
