Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or finance preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial lending.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of SBSS Scoring Model preferred.
• Ability to analyze loan applications for profitable underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements.
• Utilize bank systems for loan processing and loan proposals.
• Complete underwriting and communicate decisions within SLA benchmarks.
• Collaborate with bank associates to facilitate loan closings.
• Manage pipeline of credits and prioritize credit requests.
• Maintain knowledge of lending policies.
