Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Site Finance Manager in Goodyear, AZ to provide analytical insights to improve performance and profitability in a distribution center environment. You will partner with site leaders, manage month end close, payroll, receivables, payables, and labor efficiency reporting, and support budgeting, forecasting and KPI initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 5+ years of Finance or Accounting experience required.
• Logistics industry experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for month end close, payroll, receivables and payables.
• Audit vendor payables for accuracy and required approvals.
• Support Kronos hourly activity reporting and related setup.
• Prepare daily/weekly labor analysis reports for productivity analysis.
• Interact with General Managers and site leaders to provide analytical support.
• Reconcile Purchase Orders as a control for expense recognition.
