Job summary

ATCS, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Site/Civil (Land Development) Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our Largo, MD team. The role supports a flexible hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) and offers a competitive salary with a potential annual bonus.

We value leadership, client relations, and hands-on PM experience, with emphasis on civil engineering expertise and collaboration across developers, attorneys, land planners, and architects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• P.E. licensure in VA, DC, or MD.
• 8+ years land development design experience.
• 5+ years hands-on project management experience.
• Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationships with developers, attorneys, land planners and architects.
• Knowledge of state and municipal design/development processes.
• Effective interaction with municipal authorities.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and SWM H&H Routing/Modeling.
• Experience in VA/DC/MD counties (Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, Montgomery).

Responsibilities

• Providing mentorship, technical guidance, and career development opportunities to the project team.
• Driving quality deliverables on-time and on-budget.
• Developing innovative technical land development design solutions.
• Negotiating scopes and fees, billing and collections.
• Engaging in strong client relationships through frequent communications.
• Directing and facilitating the completion of diverse projects including mixed-use, residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial development.
