Responsibilities

• Serves as primary technical expert and simulator operator for high-fidelity scenarios.
• Leads process optimization, resource utilization, and alignment with educational goals.
• Guides faculty in simulation tech applications and provides instructional support.
• Develops SOPs for equipment maintenance and peak operational performance.
• Oversees troubleshooting of simulation, AV, and LMS systems; ensures compliance.
• Supports research integration, data collection, and accreditation-related reporting.
• Leads orientation and training sessions for learners and faculty.
