Job summary
West Virginia University in Morgantown seeks a Simulation Operations Specialist to manage high-fidelity simulation operations, optimize resources, and drive instructional innovation within the STEPS Center. You will partner with faculty, learners, and healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless, effective training environment and advance simulation technologies.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, clinical education, or simulation operations.
- At least 2 years of experience in instructional leadership, program coordination, or technical simulation management.
- Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered
- All qualifications must be met by the time of employment.
