Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 6–8 years leading sales culture and processes.
• 4–6 years leading sales development teams.
• 2–4 years B2B sales experience.
• License and certifications within 3 months of hire.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Health Benefits sales team to meet new business goals.
• Develop and implement sales processes, disciplines, and metrics.
• Build partnerships with internal teams and external centers of influence.
• Oversee sales training and certification programs.
• Set performance goals and incentive strategies.
• Guide pricing strategies and approve exceptions within limits.
• Collaborate with analytics to optimize tracking and forecasting.
