Job summary

Coastal Federal Credit Union seeks a SharePoint Systems Engineer to administer and optimize the Microsoft 365 collaboration platform, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams integrations. The role focuses on security, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.

You will lead automation initiatives with Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, and Lists, and drive AI-powered capabilities such as Copilot to improve processes and knowledge management across the digital

Qualifications

Five years of experience administering SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies, or enterprise content management.
Experience with governance, site architecture, permissions, records management, and lifecycle controls.
Experience with Power Platform technologies including Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, and Lists.
Supporting Teams, OneDrive, and related Microsoft 365 services and user enablement activities.
Experience with AI-enabled workplace technologies and adoption activities.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams-integrated sites with security and governance.
Lead automation initiatives using Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, and Lists, documenting procedures and adoption resources.
Evaluate and enhance AI-powered collaboration capabilities, including Copilot, intelligent search, and knowledge management.
