Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of experience administering SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, or enterprise content management platforms.
• Experience with governance, site architecture, permissions management, records management, and document lifecycle controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform technologies including Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, and Lists.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams-integrated sites; monitor health, security, storage, and performance.
• Lead business process automation initiatives using Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, and Lists; document procedures and provide user guidance.
• Evaluate and enhance AI-powered collaboration capabilities (Copilot, intelligent search, knowledge management) and collaborate with business units to maximize value.
