Heitmeyer Consulting in Columbus, OH is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow AIOps Developer/Architect for a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will architect solutions, work directly in the platform, and lead observability/tool integrations across Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, AWS, and more.

The role focuses on building and enhancing IT Operations capabilities with a strong emphasis on automation, runbooks, and self-healing strategies, while guiding a team of engineers.

Qualifications

• Define the multi-year roadmap for ServiceNow AIOps/ITOM aligned to SLAs and governance.
• Architect event correlation, noise reduction, anomaly detection and root cause workflows with ServiceNow.
• Establish design patterns for service maps and dependency models using CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph.
• Lead build-out and optimization of Event Management, Cloud Observability, Metric Intelligence, and Log Analytics.
• Implement automation for enrichment and remediation (Flow Designer, Orchestration, IntegrationHub) and guide runbooks.
• Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring/logging tools and cloud providers, plus ITSM messaging systems.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year roadmap for ServiceNow AIOps/ITOM, aligned to SLAs, SRE objectives, and governance.
• Architect event correlation and root cause workflows leveraging Event Management and Predictive AIOps.
• Design service maps and dependency models using CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph.
