Qualifications

• STIHL Silver level certification (or working toward it).
• Mechanical aptitude with experience repairing outdoor power equipment.
• Retail customer service experience and ability to use POS systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain STIHL outdoor power equipment and small engines (gas, electric, battery).
• Complete warranty service documentation and process claims per STIHL protocols.
• Perform safety checks, pre-delivery inspections (PDI), and routine maintenance.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workshop and tool environment.
• Provide technical product knowledge to customers and offer maintenance tips.
• Stay current with STIHL training and progress toward Gold certification if eligible.
• Inventory management of STIHL retail items and repair parts.
