Job summary

Centella in South Florida is seeking a Service Support Specialist to serve as the primary touchpoint for the organization, handling administrative tasks, service calls, and coordination with engineers.

Hybrid role based in South Miami and Doral, two to three days per week, offering training, 401k, PTO, and health benefits, with emphasis on customer service, scheduling, and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in service coordination or inventory management.
• Experience working in a service-oriented environment, preferably supporting field service operations, healthcare, medical imaging, or technical service organizations.
• Experience using ERP, CRM, inventory management, or service management systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive and attend to service calls and requests promptly.
• Monitor the primary service email inbox and resolve queries quickly.
• Coordinate PMs, inspections, and customer appointments.
• Manage service schedules and technician availability.
• Assist with ordering, tracking, and expediting parts.
• Dispatch services with engineers.
• Prepare accurate service quotes and follow up.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Audit work orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide courteous information in person, phone, or email.
• Communicate scheduling, progress, parts, and issues to customers.
• Assist in special projects with Operations and Service Support Managers.
