Job summary

TEC Systems in the New York metropolitan area seeks a Service Sales Engineer – Niagara Focus to drive revenue for owner-direct BMS projects, upgrades, and service agreements. You’ll combine technical BAS/BMS knowledge with consultative selling to build long-term client relationships.

You will engage building owners and facility teams, translate requirements into practical solutions, and guide opportunities from lead through proposal, close, and post-install follow-up, with travel across the NY

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong consultative and relationship-based selling approach.
• Working knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) with Niagara knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Owner-direct retrofit, upgrade, and new BMS project opportunities.
• Develop scopes, pricing, and proposals; manage from lead to close.
• Coordinate with Service Engineers and Operations to ensure successful handoff to execution.
• Maintain pipeline and provide leadership updates on forecasts and activity.
