Kemco Facility Services is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee field service work from our Birmingham or Montgomery offices. The ideal candidate has a background in managing technicians in skilled trades, strong organizational skills, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service.

Your role will include managing technicians, processing service orders, and ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in field service management, preferably in skilled trades.
• Experience managing remote field service technicians is encouraged.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily field service operations of remote technicians.
• Receive and process service order requests from clients.
• Facilitate the successful completion of scheduled work.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal customers.
• Monitor technician operations to ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain detailed records of service orders and communications.
• Track tools, equipment, and inventory assigned to technicians.
• Stay current with industry trends and assign training as needed.
