Ahern is seeking a Service Coordinator in Des Moines, IA to manage incoming service calls and schedule technicians for emergency and preventive maintenance visits. Responsibilities

• Take incoming service calls and schedule technicians for customer visits.
• Coordinate part ordering and issue purchase orders; assist invoicing/billing questions.
• Assist with assembly of proposals, bidding documents, and processing maintenance contracts/renewals.
• Maintain customer database information and generate monthly reports.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
