Qualifications

• Handle incoming service calls and customer requests including invoicing.

• Prepare customer purchase orders and forecast labor.
• Three to five years of prior experience in a customer service-related industry is required; Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly and monthly trending reports; forecast labor.
• Maintain and answer questions regarding Maintenance Contracts.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers; dispatch field technicians.
