Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive highway design or project management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Louisiana Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage highway design and transportation projects from concept to delivery.
• Engage clients and stakeholders, managing scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across offices and projects.
• Mentor project teams to deliver technically sound solutions.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules; drive successful execution.
