Qualifications

• BS/BA plus 10+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Arizona Professional Engineer license is required.
• Master’s degree is advantageous in engineering, business administration, or project management.
• Demonstrated experience leading transportation projects and managing client relationships.

• Lead multidisciplinary transportation projects from planning to delivery.
• Manage client relationships with ADOT, MAG, Valley Metro, and others.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality across projects.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and support business development.
