Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in telecom network operations, with 3+ years in leadership, strong incident management skills, and a solid ITIL background to enhance continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in telecommunications network operations, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale network infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, monitoring tools, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks and best practices is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the telecommunications network, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the network operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and standards for network management.
• Manage network incidents, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor network capacity and performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with other departments, including engineering and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships related to network operations and maintenance.
