Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Technology Resilience Analyst to strengthen enterprise recovery readiness. Based in several US locations on a hybrid schedule, you will drive impact assessments and validate recovery requirements across applications, infrastructure, data, and third-party dependencies.

Responsibilities include maintaining BCDR artifacts, leading assessments, and coordinating with stakeholders to remediate resiliency gaps, while reporting program health and progress regularly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in technology resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of BIA and TIA concepts and recovery concepts.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; no relocation offered; reside within 50 miles of Beachwood OH, Galesburg MI, Houston TX, Menomonee Falls WI, Moon Township PA, or Raleigh NC.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update resilience and BCDR artifacts (BIAs, Technology Impact Assessments, recovery plans, runbooks, RTO/RPO targets).
• Lead Technology Impact Assessments to identify critical dependencies.
• Translate business impact requirements into recovery expectations (RTO, RPO, minimum service levels).
• Assess recovery capabilities against resiliency standards to identify gaps and risks.
• Plan, design, and execute resilience validation activities (tabletop exercises, drills, failovers).
• Author and maintain assessment materials, templates, and evidence; support remediation tracking.
• Coordinate with owners to validate recovery procedures and dependencies.
• Ensure resilience requirements are integrated into escalation and response processes.
• Manage third-party continuity considerations and vendor dependencies.
• Measure and report program health and recovery readiness trends.
• Train and onboard recovery participants and stakeholders on BIA/TIA expectations.
