Job summary

EisnerAmper in the United States seeks a Senior Technical Lead to join its Managed Technology Services as part of the Outsourced IT team. The role involves leading projects, guiding clients, and ensuring secure, resilient computing and networking infrastructures across multiple client environments.

This is a Hybrid position with three days in the office. You will work with MS 365, Azure, firewalls, and network technologies, coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver value while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Experience as a consultant via an MSP or similar organization.
• 7+ years supporting servers, storage, networking, and security.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client projects using multi-faceted technologies.
• Plan, organize, test, and review projects aligned with user needs.
• Handle Tier 2/3 escalations including firewall and network issues.
• Provide remote and onsite support for client infrastructures.
• Develop proposals, reports, and presentations for clients.
