Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience supporting servers, storage, networking, and security of networks.
• Experience as a consultant via an MSP or similar consulting organization.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite support of client’s IT infrastructure.
• Handle business-critical IT tasks and escalation for team members.
• Prepare cost-benefit analysis reports for necessary upgrades.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues including account setups.
