Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in full life cycle staffing/recruitment, life science recruiting preferred.
• Proven track record in pharmaceutical recruiting with stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience with HR recruiting processes and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of full‑cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders throughout the process.
• Build pipelines for active and passive candidates and negotiate offers.
• Ensure compliant documentation in the ATS and promote inclusive hiring practices.
