You will leverage Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools to build strong talent pipelines, promote inclusive hiring, and ensure compliance with HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related.
• Minimum 6 years of full lifecycle staffing/recruitment.
• Pharmaceutical recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong consultative approach with various stakeholders.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; handling confidential information.
• Proven HR recruiting process knowledge and compliance.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Develop sourcing strategies and manage intake, interviews, offers, and closures.
• Maintain proactive communication with managers and stakeholders.
• Build pipelines for active and passive candidates across functions.
• Negotiate offers consistent with processes; partner with People Partners.
• Ensure compliant documentation in the ATS and data accuracy.
• Utilize recruiting tools and networks to identify talent.
• Promote diverse candidate slates and inclusive hiring practices.
• Represent Acadia’s values in candidate and vendor interactions.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
