Sargent & Lundy is seeking a Senior Substation Engineer to join a project team focused on the detailed electrical design and project management of high voltage substations. You will lead activities from conceptualization to execution, troubleshoot complex electrical issues, and prepare client-ready reports that reflect Sargent & Lundy formats.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office and two remote days.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science Engineering degree required.
• 7+ years of MV power system design experience.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects under budget and time constraints.
• Experience tracking project information: schedules, expenditures, status reports, client interface.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Experience reviewing design drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in conceptualization, work planning, and project execution for high voltage substations.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and solve electrical engineering issues.
• Prepare reports presenting technical and project information per client requirements and S&L formats.
• Share knowledge through peer-learning and Communities of Practice.
• May travel to client sites as needed.
