Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and general accounting principles.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience in international organizations and collaborating with global finance teams.
• Ability to work East Coast hours to collaborate with international teams.
• Understanding of inventory accounting, cost accounting, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience supporting audits and tax compliance activities.
• Proficiency with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Perform full-cycle accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close.
• Prepare financial reports in accordance with IFRS and company requirements.
• Support consolidation activities with global headquarters.
• Manage accounts payable, expense reporting, and payroll-related accounting.
• Support cash management and cash flow reporting.
• Assist with inventory accounting and manufacturing cost analysis.
• Coordinate with external providers on taxes and compliance.
• Support annual audits and provide documentation to auditors.
• Maintain and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Support ERP maintenance and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and Sales.
