Nikon SLM Solutions AG in Long Beach, CA, is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting, close processes, and IFRS reporting for the U.S. business. The role collaborates with global finance teams and supports inventory costing, audits, and ERP maintenance.

The candidate will work primarily Pacific Time with occasional meetings with teams in Germany and the U.S. East Coast, in a hybrid on-site role based in Long Beach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and GAAP principles.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Ability to work Pacific Time with some international meetings.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform full-cycle accounting: journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, month-end close.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS-based financial reports.
• Support financial reporting and consolidation with global HQ.
• Manage cash flow, banking activities, and reporting.
• Perform inventory accounting and cost analysis in manufacturing.
