Job summary

Amerisure is seeking a Senior Service and Support Administrator to join our team in a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 from home). You will provide underwriting support for the Special Risk team, manage the SR Tracker and UW workflows, and handle administrative duties to keep renewal and new business processes running smoothly.

The role requires a high level of organization, data accuracy, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years of administrative experience.
• Experience in commercial insurance preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to build positive partnerships and work with cross-functional teams.
• Data entry with high accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills with multi-tasking and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Administer SR Tracker and UW workflow processes to support renewal/new business objectives.
• Set up and track renewal/new business and issued premiums.
• Create pipeline/prospect tracker and SR UW files.
• Update files to ensure underwriting data accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with issuance and documentation workflow including signatures via DocuSign.
• Monthly reconciliation of Retro Monitor data with actuarial spreadsheets.
• Coordinate team calendars and perform general administrative duties.
• Serve as Business Continuity Coordinator for Special Risk and Field Underwriting support.
