Job summary

Amerisure Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Senior Service and Support Administrator to join the Special Risk team. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the local office and 2 days from home, with offices in several major cities including Chicago IL.

The role provides underwriting support, maintains the SR tracker and workflow, handles renewal/new business documentation, and coordinates with several internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in commercial insurance preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer SR Tracker and UW workflow to support renewal/new business objectives.
• Set up and track renewal/new business and issued premiums.
• Create pipeline/prospect tracker and SR UW doc folders.
• Update files to ensure underwriting data is accurate and complete.
• Process binding/issuance instructions and collaborate with credit on issuance details.
• Use DocuSign to obtain signatures on WC large deductible with Missouri premium.
• Monthly reconciliation of Retro Monitor data with actuarial spreadsheets.
• Maintain team calendars and perform various administrative duties.
• Serve as Business Continuity Coordinator for Special Risk and Field Underwriting support.
• Support Chicago CSC: LAN coordination and facility duties as needed.
• Assist with creation of legal documents and review underwriting documents for accuracy.
