Job summary

Maritz is seeking a senior technology leader in Fenton, MO to guide software development across client programs. You will shape architecture standards, drive technical strategy, and manage multiple teams and budgets while collaborating with Product, Operations, Creative and Decision Science teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

• Customer-facing experience and leadership presence.
• Thought leadership in technology and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience blending technology with marketing and loyalty solutions.
• Active contribution in internal strategy and client meetings.
• Experienced with AI-assisted development tools and cloud infra.
